What this is. A form that helps you make your own record of your own instrument. Everything in the finished document is what you entered.
What it is not. Not an appraisal, valuation, authentication, or certificate. It does not establish who made your instrument or what it is worth, and should not be used as evidence in a sale, claim, or dispute.
The regional notes are general. They describe what was typical of a place and period. They say nothing about your instrument.
Go to a qualified appraiser for value, a specialist or the maker's workshop for authentication, and a luthier for anything structural.
We hold nothing. Nothing you type or upload leaves your browser. Close the tab and it is gone.
