Reproduction, distribution, or transmission of any curriculum content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Instrument names (El Ancestro, La Sanada, El Varea, and all others in The ANICETO Collection) are original creative works associated with specific physical instruments. They may not be reproduced, repurposed, or appropriated without written permission.

Fair use: scholarly citation, educational reference, and journalistic commentary are permitted under standard fair use doctrine with attribution to The ANICETO Collection and anicetocollection.com.

Privacy Policy

The ANICETO Collection collects only the personal information you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing without your explicit consent.

If you enroll in the ANICETO University, your name and email address are retained for curriculum delivery purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the contact form.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected passively.

Enrollment, when it opens, will use third-party providers to process payment and to authenticate accounts. Those providers receive only the information required to complete a transaction or to sign you in, and they process it under their own privacy terms. The ANICETO Collection does not store payment card details at any time.

Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Sagebrush Consulting Services LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as The ANICETO Collection. References to "The ANICETO Collection" in these terms mean that entity.

By accessing anicetocollection.com you agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute site content without prior written permission. You may not use this site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

The ANICETO University curriculum, upon enrollment, is licensed to you for personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or resell curriculum content. One enrollment covers one individual. Institutional licensing is available upon request.

All instrument valuations, condition scores, and return projections referenced in any curriculum or archive material are estimates for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or appraisal advice.

Return Policy

ANICETO University enrollment fees are non-refundable. All sales are final upon enrollment.

Events and consultation services: Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Access Scope

An ANICETO University enrollment grants lifetime access to the lessons included in that enrollment, and to the certificate earned on completion. Access does not expire and requires no renewal.

Your enrollment covers the lessons it includes. Anything offered separately is a separate enrollment.

An institutional license covers a set number of student seats and is renewed annually. Renewal covers enrolling new students. A license that lapses stops new enrollments; students already enrolled retain lifetime access to the lessons in their enrollment and to their certificate, and are never removed.

CITES Disclaimer

Two instruments in The ANICETO Collection contain materials subject to CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) regulation: Brazilian rosewood (Dalbergia nigra, Appendix I, listed 1992) and Madagascar rosewood (Dalbergia baronii, Appendix II, listed 2013). Both instruments predate their respective CITES listing dates and carry pre-convention status under applicable law. All instruments in this collection were legally acquired through documented commercial channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The ANICETO Collection is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or of the ANICETO University curriculum. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, contact The ANICETO Collection first through the contact form and describe the problem. Most matters are resolved this way. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for thirty days from the date of that first written notice before beginning any formal proceeding.

If informal resolution fails, any claim may be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington, United States, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in force.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may change. The effective date and the last updated date at the top of this page record when. Material changes affecting enrollment terms will be sent by email to enrolled students. Changes are not applied retroactively to a completed enrollment: the access scope you purchased is the access scope you keep.
